e-waste isn't always the right thing to do

i had known about this earlier but didn't have time to post until now.   you would think i'd advocate going to these groups who welcome e-waste recycling.   this news is eye-opening.

i'm at a loss of words re: how to recycle responsibly.   i honestly do not trust these private companies who collect ewaste however i don't know how differently the goverment municipalities handle ewaste.    despite the best of intentions, your e-waste can end up in Guiyu.

I saw that on TV. Yeah - it's pretty messed up, but they need to go somewhere. They are not biodegradable. :((
